Service Agreement – Business Consulting Contract (10 lines)
This Service Agreement is made between the Client and the Consultant for the delivery of business development services. The Consultant agrees to perform the work professionally and in accordance with industry standards. The Client must provide all relevant documents needed to complete the mandate. Fees and payment terms are detailed in Annex I. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared data. Any modification must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Termination is possible with 30 days’ written notice. In case of dispute, mediation shall be attempted prior to legal action. This Agreement enters into force upon signature by both Parties.
